Creating a blog post is much the same as creating a content page, so much of the same guidance can be followed.

The main difference is the ability to add categories so your blog post can be found more easily. These are entered into the 'categories' field as a free-text comma-separated list, so be aware what tags you already have and spell your terms correctly!
