Possible medieval to post-medieval moat on former site of manor house, but could be part of a series of fishponds REMAINS OF A HOMESTEAD MOAT & FISHPOND DOUBTLESS MARK THE SITE OF THE OLD HALL DEMOLISHED C.1788 (B2). HOMESTEAD MOAT (B3). NO TRACE OF A MOAT. AN ELABOR-ATE SERIES OF FISHPONDS ARE THE ONLY COHERENT REMAINS OF A MANORIAL SETTLEMENT CENTRED AT NGR (B4).
