Low mound believed to be the location of the windmill shown on the 1599 Salden Estate map BROAD LOW MOUND AT NGR (B4). WINDMILL ON 1599 MAP, APPROX AT NGR: FIELD CALLED BERRY GROUND (B1). HORSESHOE-SHAPED POND SHOWN IN POSITION OF MOUND ON ENCLOSURE MAP; FIELD CALLED WINDMILL CLOSE (B2). FIELD CURRENTLY CALLED HOOTERS GROUND (B3). 2ND MOUND TO NE (CASS 0486). PIECE OF MILLSTONE GRIT FOUND ON MOUND, 19 OCT 1973, Dimensions - Length 0200 mm Width 0175 Height 0075 (B5).
