Description

19th century brick building. 19th century brick building prominently positioned on corner of Bicester Road and Chearsley Road. Square with two storey projecting bays facing onto both roads. Steep pitched tiled with applied timber in apex of gables. Mullion and transon windows rendered lintels and rendering to apex of gables. Decorative vergeboards. Attractive building which is prominently positioned on the corner of two principal roads. Retains a number of original external features and forms part of a group with 3, 5, 9 and 11, Chearsley Road. This is a local Building of note within the Conservation Area of Long Crendon. (B1).
