Description

Nineteenth century former Station Inn and outbuildings, now converted into residential use. 19th century house and outbuildings, now converted into residential use. Unusual plot shape is reflected in building form. Building is likely to have been associated with the railway originally, but is now a residential buildings. Yellow brick building, with shallow pitched slate roof. Timber casement opening windows, with decorative lintels. porches over main doors. Projecting porch extension to front door of main house, modern. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Winslow. (B1). Formerly the Station Inn, built after 1830 and closed in 1962. Now 3 private houses. 19th century yellow stock brick with slate roof. Main front of 3 bays with central door, rear range set at an angle (B2).
