Window openings have been enlarged to create poor solid to void ratio on principle elevation. Prominently positioned in street close to the road edge. Forms part of a group with other small single or storey and a half buildings found elsewhere within the village. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Haddenham. (B1).
