Description

Single House designed 1907. One of the earliest houses in Bulstrode Way. Full height canted bay window under black and white half-timbered gable. Wide balcony at first floor level with timber balustrade. Sash windows - multi-paned to upper sections. Hipped plain clay tiled roof. Brick and pebbledash. Designed by Hooper & Nash, plans dated 29 January 1907 This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Gerrards Cross Centenary. (B1).
