Description

Single House designed in 1908. Formerly Wiltshire House. 1934 extensions by Sir Arthur Hay. Another strong design, albeit with some character erosion by replacement windows. Two storeys plus attic with flat-roofed dormers. Double front door has semi- circular fanlight over and decorative brick panel above that. Also a semi-circular brick panel over one upper floor window. Interesting roofshape with roof extending down to form a hip over one small gable. Designed in 1908 by Fair and Mayer. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Gerrards Cross Centenary. (B1).
