Single House designed in 1909 Built for local builder, E H Burgess. Tile hanging on whole of first floor and dormers. Flat roofed two-storey canted bay window. Two prominent chimney stacks. Designed in 1909 by Green L Withers. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Gerrards Cross Centenary. (B1).
