Description

Single House designed in 1913 Neo-Georgian was a popular Edwardian style but not common in Gerrards Cross. Features of the style here are 12-pane sash windows, hipped roof with flat-lead covered dormers, and a Doric porch over the central front door. Pebble-dash and red brick are however typical for the area. Set in wooded plot. Designed in 1913 by S J Prevost. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Gerrards Cross Centenary. (B1).
