Description

Single House designed in 1920 Although built together they appear quite different. No 3 has unpainted pebbledash in traditional fashion. Tile- hung gables with bracketed eaves. No 4 is classic Stockbroker Tudor with black and white timbering. Small round window with red brick surround next to door. Designed in 1920 by Burgess Holden and Watson. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Gerrards Cross Centenary. (B1).
