Another half-timbered, gabled house. Porch with hipped roof. Gravel drive, picket fence and hedges and trees all contribute to character. Designed in 1909 by Ernest J Franklin. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Gerrards Cross Centenary. (B1).
