Single storey house built as gardener's cottage for South Park House. Whitewashed render. Plain clay tiled roof - half-hipped. Original door with rounded arch. Replacement windows with external slatted shutters. Designed in 1910 by H Lidbetter. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Gerrards Cross Centenary. (B1).
