Description

Single house designed in 1911 One of the earliest houses in Vicarage Way. Formerly called Elvaston. Character well preserved. Two gables. Oriel window and first floor jettied over bay window. Front door recessed in open porch with timber posts and braces. Tile window sills and relieving arch to window. Rendered and whitewashed. Designed in 1911 by G F Duck. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Gerrards Cross Centenary. (B1).
