Description
Single house built in the 19th Century
Two cottages now combined into one and renamed by Thomas Westacott, builder of the adjacent Devon Villas who had been born in Devon. Probably early C19 – rendered and colourwashed with shallow hipped slate roof with central four-pot chimney stack and modillions at eaves. White picket fence contributes to picturesque appearance. This is a local building of note within the Conservtation Area of Gerrards Cross. (B1)
