Description

Single house built in early 17th Century A modern reconstruction of a cottage, probably early 17th century, demolished in 1977, which had formerly been the Old Elm Tree Inn. Very plain, 2 storeys with single storey addition at the front and a catslide roof over right-hand bay. Old red and grey brick with plain clay tile roof. This is a local building of note within the Conservtation Area of Beaconsfield Old Town. (B1)
