Description

Late nineteenth century house, possibly constructed of witchert or earth and cased in brick This building was the first house in the street to be built. It was built by Frederick Mason after whom the street is named. Local sources suggest that it an earth construction, now encased in brick. Modern upvc windows have replaced the original openings. A Local Building of Note within the Conservation Area (B1).
