Description

Possible Roman double ditched enclosure National Trust SMR 152812. Square, double ditched and banked enclosure on the southern edge of Ringshall Copse. Approximately 140m by 140m. Defined by pair of banks with corresponding paired ditches laid internally between the banks. The south side has been destroyed by the formation of the copse boundary in the 17th(?) century (B1).
