Description

Late C19 or early C20 brick building which retains a significant proportion of its original features. Two storey detached brick building which sits beneath a gabled roof now laid in modern machine made tiles. The building has been identified as being of local note because it retains a significant proportion of its original historic fabric and architectural features including relatively ornate two over two and one three over three painted timber sashes. Forms part of a group of relatively simple and modest late 19th and early 20th century buildings prominently positioned towards the eastern end of High Street and which create a strong building line. Local Heritage Asset in conservation area (B1).
