Description
Two storey terraced house with some original features. Windows and door appear to have been subsequently replaced.
Modest two storey terrace building identified as a building of local note because it retains the
majority of its original architectural features including timber sash windows. Constructed of brick
the building sits beneath a relatively shallow pitched gabled roof laid in tiles with a mid-ridge
chimney stack. Two bays with door flanked by canted bay to ground floor. Sash window to first
floor. Neighbouring buildings are significant because of their form, massing and strong building line,
but have not been identified as being of local note because they have lost their original windows
and doors. Local Heritage Asset in conservation area (B1).
