Description

Nineteenth century public house known as The Harrow 19th century public house prominently located at the north-western end of the village. Painted brick with shallow pitched slate gable roof and 3 brick chimneys. 2 storeys in height with ground floor bay running across whole of principal elevation. Small single storey extension to right. Retains many of its 19th century details and is important due to its visual prominence within the street scene and also because of its importance as a focus to social activity within the village. A local note building within the conservation area of Bishopstone (B1).
