Nineteenth century farmhouse and farm buildings at Pitchcott Hill Farm Farm buildings shown on 1st edition 25-inch OS map and possibly also shown on OS surveyor's 2-inch draft drawing of about 1812 (B1). Historic value– although they pre date this, as shown in the 1900s maps the building are historic. Evidential value – given their form and features they demonstrate the agricultural use of the site. Aesthetic/architectural value – whilst there have been some alterations (most notably to the rendered elements, other than the exposed timber frame entrance) brick and stone, roofs, overall form, entrance point and quoining have aesthetic value and architectural interest as they demonstrate the use of the site and the architectural style of this period (B2).
